Hello everyone, I decided to try my first cider.

Henry helped me sanitize and pour the cider into the carboy.  Next step is to wait for it to begin fermenting with the blow off tube going into a mason jar full of Star San sanitizer.  I can’t wait to see it begin to bubble.  As I told Henry, the yeast will get excited to eat all of the sugar then pee out alcohol and burp out CO2.
